Agree. Resignations effective immediately 'due to personal reasons' can signal underlying tensions with Management and the Board.
Lee Schofield oversaw a statutory loss and a breach of banking covenants last HY report. I wonder if there are performance issues? There have been notices relating to the lapse of Performance Rights recently and movement in other KMP.
It will be interesting to see how they report next month. Provisional date for ACCC's findings is 18 August. Which one will be released first?
