"Term and Termination Mr Sainty’s employment will continue until one of the following circumstances occurs:
*WFE gives Mr Sainty 12 months-notice (or payment in lieu of notice);
*Mr Sainty gives WFE 12 months-notice; or
*WFE terminates the contract due to actions of Mr Sainty, including serious or persistent misconduct. This can be done immediately, without notice"
