my first inclination was to say "don't worry folks, just another mouth to feed on the MST Board of Directors - otherwise business (or a seemingly lack thereof) as usual"...

however, this new appointment to the Board appears to have some teeth and a few generations of experience - experience at the highest levels most importantly - I am interested to better understand his network of contacts, as from his outlined history he appears to have shaken many an important hand both within and outside the US Administration - fingers crossed (once again) that his network is alive and kicking, and includes the right people up and down within US defence circles, both private and public - this is the implication to be drawn from his wrap-sheet, and I do hope it proves to be true, instead of being just window dressing for director taking up another seat on a Board that sometimes appears to be God's waiting room...

but until we know more, as usual...
