Ann: Director Appointment/Resignation , page-8

The Nick Clark resignation is frankly weird. Appointed with such fanfare only a few months ago and then to suddenly resign "effective immediately" brings back all the doubts about these guys. What is going on ?!?

I had been considering re-entering this stock given the low SP, but I think I'll remain on the sidelines. Viney's last post is a good reminder that they have a long way to go and at this end the market is rarely forgiving. Add to that previous experiences with this outfit...it's not a hard decision.
