Thanks YR. I don't think anyone expects him to be the messiah but as TC says Coogee seems to have been quite successful and he has been around the block so added commercial experience is always welcome.
My take is if you were offered a board seat on a coy whose SP had recently tanked then your due diligence presumably would be a lot more focussed, particularly, if you've hit roadblocks before. So..... I would presume/hope he has put mhm under the microscope and given it the tick of approval. Obviously he would have been privvy to confidential information to allow him to make an informed decision.
All of this assumes of course that he is not some gung ho cowboy.
