Are Blue intentionally running this thing towards the rocks in an effort to take advantage of the ASX's increase in placement capacity from 15% to 25% to let their mates in at some obscene 2.?C per share price .

How much of the Maryborough is going to be left for existing shareholders after all the dilution has taken place ?
