    I've had dialog with Robert S ,
    this is the start or a lot of changes as indicated.
    I will say that dividends are the intention as part of the restructuring of CES, I'm picking we will see this within the year if all comes together.
    This story is just at the beginning
    I'm not going to trade this anymore, I'm now in lockdown and accumulation
