I was looking at past notices. Ted Pretty was issued 750,000 options @ $1.40 in 2011, sold at $2.42 recently before announcing his resignation
Over $750,000 profit (in addition to annual directors fee) from those free shares. Very generous financial incentive for an non executive director. I hope he was that good
Additionally, on 27/11/14 couple of their directors bought shares shortly before announcing a major international customer (11/12/14).
After Bevan Slattery saga, this doesn't look good at all.
