This is great news for the company. Institutional investors will be very happy to see the removal of these two directors and potentially the inclusion of one or more core offtake partners onto the board. Additionally, with two board seats open it is likely that instos will be more likely to invest and demand a board seat, which is a good thing.
I believe this event will all turn out to be a major positive for the business.
