Speculating about why these two guys left is a total waste of time other than to consider the facts available.
Two off who held no shares. One other adding 100,000 to his total of 800,000.
EWC is a very frustrating stock for many reasons however if ever there was a time to be invested the time is now.
As for Chandler having a flipside of accepting a 100% loss, what a load of rubbish.
