Ann: Director Appointment/Resignation, page-2

Hi All
Just looking for comments on this announcement,
For those that havent read the announcement basically 3 directors are leaving and we have 2 new directors....
I spoke with a mate of mine whose had abit of experience with start ups becoming producers.His comments were along the lines of its quite common...a)when the focus of companies change
b)where companies grow in size and potential the inexperienced directors are replaced with more seasoned personnel.

Not knowing the personnel, comments would be appreciated
