It's certainly not ideal.
It appears there is far too much energy being spent firing a lot of top tier management, rather than running the business.
This is not just a good look, but will have a very destabilising effect on the business and morale.
Not that there would be too many employees left in the office to feel the effects.
If these managers were ineffectual in their positions, or were not a good cultural fit, then someone has made some very serious errors of judgement in the hiring process that has cost the business a lot of money.
If that is the case, then I would expect there should be at least one more head to roll.

Ps, To the management of COO that have time to read this, your shareholders are not happy and are now very concerned at the manner in which this company is being run. If you are in a position to fix it, can I please ask that this becomes a top priority. Now.
