Actually 3 months not 4 and brought in seemingly to have involvement in newly established Quality Committee ( like Field/Vocation?)

Some detail would help to form an opinion: could range from late due diligence (adverse finding) through to unable to effect change or input.

Unlikely to be personal matters which would be simple announcement. I'm picking from cv that she had "too strong a view" on governance.
