    Usually if the resignation is "amicable" you would expect to also see a replacement announced. Hunt would have said to Frank a while back, i.e. put him on notice, I propose to "pursue other interests" in a couple of months - start looking for a replacement, once a replacement is found and joint announcement (resignation/appointment) is then made. There was no replacement announced.
