Greenpower Energy Limited (‘GPP’) GPP wishes to announce that non-executive Director Tim Wall
has submitted his resignation as a Director which will allow Tim the flexibility and time to pursue his
business interests. The company thanks Tim for his assistance and drive as a non-executive Director,
and wishes him well in his ongoing endeavors.
GPP welcomes back as a non-executive Director Edwin Bulseco, who formerly served in this role
until 6 December 2016 who resigned due to external work commitments, but now finds himself
again able to give the company his valued insight and service.
