Why the Board and Peter really decided for Peter to leave the Board is our speculation. Their stated reasons may be honest, or may be just being polite. Free up Peter, or AKIDA needing Peter, or both, or something else entirely different. Anyway, what is done, is done. Presumably the Board has already been looking around, and has some ideas. as to whom the new Director may be. And any skill sets and contacts. Some skill sets mentioned. Remembering of course that a Director usually directs rather than does.

A key indicator for us in order to assess the potential of this company and its Board (and later vote on) will be whether the Board just adds another of their 'mates' (previous associates) with build up for Take Over skills, or someone with new skills who can help grow and market BRN into a long lasting world class company. Imo.
My vote would be for a Director with skills from a world class company, such as a Fortune 500 company or from a Fortune Future 50 company such as Salesforce or Nvidia, or even from an ASX 50 company.

This could be a great opportunity for a MOU with a significant partner, who would receive a position on our Board.
