Chairman has sacked the CEO and Board. Never good. Its surprising from a business perspective as everything seemed to be going well and to plan. Not surprising from a share price perspective and I guess major shareholders must have pushed the Chair to take action.
But its hard to read between the lines on this. I cant see any reason why the shareprice was tanking. Is it just an inability to promote/ramp the stock (which I dont care about anyway) or are their more fundamental issues here not disclosed publicly?
