    Why is no one questioning the only person on the board, with the experience in running a design firm, leaving?

    Considering that Symplicit is the only design firm in DWS portfolio and that Symplicit has a high staff turnover, you might wonder how they run the show in the background. Founders leaving is one thing, but founders leaving without proper foundations behind them is another thing.
