Jay a signifcant amount of early & late stage medtech these days ia going private fund riasing via vc route. For my investments i always pay careful attention to technology that clinical unmet needs and closey tied to quality of management. This one is defintely an outlier and management a disgrace i had bad feeling when saw changes going on at management level. Really terrible and makes me upset to see so many honest investors hurting so badly for their actions, Hopefully A whistleblower will merge out of this who can give more clarity on why investors were treated so poorly. Future is very unclear here.
