    When I read again it may be more positive than I thought.

    The loan is UNSECURED , so Apollo must be pretty confident that they can raise the funds. Add to that they said they would contribute more if the funds are delayed. As someone stated , Pierre seems a pretty switched on guy , so can't see him throwing money away.
