It is worth keeping in mind that Apollo is hardly an independent company from Enviromission.

Roger Davey is CEO of Enviromission as well as being Chair of the Apollo board.

At least this brings Enviromission back to 3 directors after only having 2 for the last two years.  Three directors is the minimum number of directors a company can have.
