    It's up to Magnis to explain these things. If they thought this announcement, with zero reason or additional info, would be read positively then there's some poor judgement at play.

    As for your New York comments, do you actually thing it'll be generating sales/cash by year end? Do you want to place another bet with me? I'm thinking more mid-late 2020.
