One way to find out - just track down a BHD employee on Linked In or Facebook and ask them. Oh wait... They all resigned this morning so they wouldn't know.

Seriously though, @charlieboy has a valid point. It all sounds very simple and straight forward in theory, but in practice it would be very messy.

I am curious as to how it works when an entire board gets ousted. Do the ousted directors just walk up to one of the IT guys and say something like "We need you to kill all of our logins immediately. After that you need to create new logins for three new directors that just started today" ? Is there some type of hand-over process that they're legally obliged to participate in? Such as handing over passwords, databases, files, etc? Whatever the process is, I can't imagine that the former directors are going to make things easy for the new directors.
