No point wasting your time with ASIC. Any fraud needs to go straight to the Police Fraud Squad who will investigate.
Take a look at what happened at Condor Blanco and ex director Glen Darby recently facing court on fraud charges brought about by the new board. As usual, ASIC turned a blind eye. Articles are behind a pay wall but some good coverage in The Australian on it.
