Shady as, if you ask my opinion...the new guy can just wash his hands and say ...uhm it didn't happen on my watch ...its historical stuff etc.
Or he could actually do something.
What's your guess .... Looking at his background in markets I'm leaning to the former part of my statement, 'cause he is nearly a "cookie cut" from the featherduster's play-book.
