Companies this size with a single strategic shareholder have previously talked about the need to get to $100m market cap (no doubt that is the same advice they all get from corporate advisors) and when they don't manage to get the market to value it at above $100m, the advice is to delist it and take it private. Seems like some companies are acting on that advice. Examples that I have held where this has happened in the past month are LGD and OCP, and earlier this year CGH. You might be able to come up with more examples. Prehaps there was some disagreement between controlling shareholder and MD on whether to follow such advice ?
