As a Joyce shareholder, I want to know more about why the CEO (who has performed so well) is suddenly leaving before I will vote to issue of shares to him.
The following is pure speculation (without any known facts to support it) -
It sometimes happens that the guy who is kicking the goals doesn't hold the power (i.e. shares), and if he overreaches, he gets a whipped back into line. If he doesn't like it, he tells them to flukk off. When things settle down, they get together to work out how can they can go their separate ways without inflicting damage to each other and they come up with an opaque announcement that reads like they still like each other even though they don't.
