Again, READ the announcement:

"As the holder of a medicinal cannabis licence, a cannabis research licence and a manufacturing licence under the Narcotic Drugs Act, the Company is required to notify the Office of Drug Control (ODC) of any change or proposed change to the directors of the company to allow the ODC to assess the suitability of the replacement director. Once this review has completed, and subject to a satisfactory outcome, the replacement nonexecutive director will be appointed to the Board of the Company and a further announcement will be made at that time."

Once their review is completed they will announce who the new director is.
