Here is a list of ASX companies that appear to be in conflict with BDO........... PFI, GSL, KAS, BSR, FMG, LIN.

My issue is that any asset that is brought to this company must be a going concern ( not potential ). If so it must come at a cost... Therefore a consolidation must take place before a CR ....... With the current history of RFN along with BDO appearing to have some credibility issues, I wonder if the market would trust the board to deliver....

Not too sure how quick the new director will take up his role in attempting to ignite life into RFN but living in Canada is not a good look... They maybe open for business in Australia but who is home....

What will Eugene do with his shares.... Maybe a good pump by the DT could put some life into the SP and allow the exit for some S/H`s
