oh well RFN can move on now...
They need a board that can exit out of Loyyal and Rumi has experience with listing companies in Canada so this makes sense.
The holding costs on Loyyal investment are ridiculous and RFN has just been a carcass for far too long.
Hopefully we start to see some news early this year about Loyyal finally landing deals, listing, etc....Good chance RFN will end up with a war chest to spend on transactions / legit growth businesses that generate revenue...
