At least we know after so long, Wayne is genuinely capable of writing a letter do the secretary, even if it was a resignation of duties confirmation. I am very sure the incoming director will be more capable than Wayne. If you read this Wayne, you are officially on my list of directors if whose name appear on any BOD, I will not buy into said company.
