Ann: Director Appointment/Resignation, page-8

First week of December Michael goes cap in hand to existing large institutional shareholders and maybe some retail to raise $ for financing "Greenfield's business"
Three weeks later a new director is appointed who happens to have 4 Million shares across 3 company holdings, plus considerable business experience.
Couple days later Michael Mark resigns. Now the new director has quit too.
Questions arising.

Did the investors who put a $1M in his cap know about either of the above events? If they did and went ahead what could this possibly mean!
if they weren't how many bridges just got burned? and surely Michael's standing in the business community would be scrutinized?

And surely his fellow directors who put their cash in the hat would know Michael's short term plans?
It either all stinks or there is more afoot.

As I ponder all this I'm still not knowing why the SP got halved in November on really what was small volume?. The top 20 may reveal this shortly.
