ASX listed companies need a minimum of 3 directors, under the listing rules 2 of these are required to be Australian based.

If there isn't an interim director announced (not as there isn't a shortage of mates that could fill the role) the IMO the fate of WFE will/ already been decided.

As per the sanctimonious ramblings of "that person" indicating the DRC Cobalt Plant will/is being negotiated to their parties, the UK director may still come into play with a LSE listing!
