The idea of an EGM seems to be a fantasy - most likely of ex-directors who got called out for not performing... seems they can't even organise 5% support and the booking of a meeting room.
I like that the salary spend has now been reduced - the company has cut away dead wood... better for shareholders.
This company will go ahead in leaps and bounds now imo.
