I think you are over emphasising what Green has achieved, his comments on his appointment ...... basically saying that the work was already in progress and that there were already "near term value catalysts pending", a quick scan of the company announcements will indicate what was in progress and pending, FYI, the share price was already coming off prior to the virus outbreak.
