He doesn't have to prove himself at all, the company only has to be re-listed for him to collect his salary... The company has no cash and is currently surviving on loans, making it look like he is taking a reduced salary bodes well for him, and the only thing he needs to prove himself with is reaching milestones (whatever they are) to receive the share based and bonus based incentive payments.
I have little reason to doubt Green (as some that post on the thread obviously are acquainted with him, referring to him as a "good bloke like that") and the rest of the board will have the interest of shareholders, lets not kid ourselves either, every director/board member of companies "have the share holders "best interests and share holder value" in mind, right?
Quarterlies are due out before the end of this month ....
