Yes there is a lot to consider with this move by Jatcorp.
There could be a takeover move. There could be options created for funding from China. This could be something to do with JAT Oppenheimer considering manufacturing Vmeat in China as announced or with retail shops in china and the regulatory requirements. Nothing bad comes to mind anyway.
