    So does this mean that Duthy is the new executive managing director? Or is it Sinclair or is it Loveridge? Who is in charge of Invex?

    Also, given that Warren has resigned, will she still get to keep her options or was it contingent on her staying in the company for a period of time?

    Overall, good addition to the company to have Duthy on board judging by his CV.
