Ann: Director Appointment/Resignation, page-12

I've read & re-read the news twice & am still scratching my head, apart from being seen as "the right thing to do" in the modern age (appointing a female, very WOKE & all that), it's irrelevant is the new person is male/female/non binary or a flipping dolphin, surely you have to appoint the best person for the job & this is what got me, how can someone with her background which is non tech, non govt be the best person for that role ? A very strange appointment & oh, love how the firm chuck out more options like confetti to the staff.

Having a real soft spot for this firm, this hasn't given me any reason to get back in, I really don't understand the return of investment this decision can bring, but I hope to be proven wrong.
