It is the entire board who should be resigning today not just one scapegoat... IMO.
current chairman in the job since 2012 so you all have seen what happened to share price and company performance over almost a decade ....so he should be the one resigning and not picking one ... IMO.
hope tomorrow he resign with date for his departure after AGM where he will ask shareholders to nominate new board and chairman... IMO.
IMO a takeover may work better than keeping it in hand if this management... IMO..!
