Nich has a proven record in raising capital, that's about it, his execution is appalling.
Dy ~US$400kg sand VAT, Dy in situ Browns just 0.53%, basically the only pay dirt in what is a tiny resource.
Even at $724kg back in the 2013 feasibility there were a lot of smoke & mirrors employed to make this look to stack up, basic economics here have not changed, nor does NC have any ability to change them, but he will likely raise lots of money from the gullible.
