Stefan Gustafson’s appointment sparked the hint of the listing via SPAC.
This appointment, perhaps not so much. The reason for that is that he is not a CPA, no known experience of USGAAP/PCAOB internal controls, financial reporting etc., his CV won’t meet the requirements of a suitable CFO of a US listed entity prescribed by the SEC.

This appointment alludes to more financial governance for its Australian parent (ARR).

Nonetheless, a SPAC is definitely on the cards, and it may be necessary to raise a lot of capital very quickly once the next drill results are out.

I’ve mentioned this a few times in the ARR discussion, M&A activity is also a huge opportunity to raise quick large capital, so again, if drill results exceed expectations, it may make the likes of MP very strongly consider.
