May be it is sign of things to come, in theory one has to look at bonus structure of someone as a CEO. If short term incentive is 80% of remuneration then you don't have to be a genius to understand what is going on after full year results with significant increase in inventory and captialisation of new facility. I think at $1.98 this stock is overvalued and should be below $1.25, attractive enough for private equity or other serious players to take over. thank me later.
