People resign for many different reasons. I would not place too much attention on this resignation unless it became a procession.
I don't believe we can be positive or negative until we get the Parr Reactor test results. The analysis that goes with the results will determine what CO2 emissions will look like (if any) and what is necessary to deal with them. In my view, the Alpha project remains very viable if the CO2 emissions are low or non-existent. GRV needs to release these results as soon as possible.
