lol net assets is only that high because of the huge amount of intangibles on their books ($465m) of which $269m relate to goodwill (basically how much they have overpaid for each acquisition). they are going to write intangibles down significantly and you'll find the market cap will better align with true net assets. we are gonna get whacked when it comes out of suspension.
