A major investor wouldn’t be off the board in 6.5 weeks for no good reason. To me it flags they don’t have further funding that will be required and it’s likely to be insolvent ( now or in near future).
Michelle wouldn’t want likely want anything to do with this on her board cv. If Tattarang wanted to put a more experienced director on the board they would have advised at the same time who the new person was.
also the Board didn’t wrap up her departure with an update which means there isn’t good news or they are still working on a deal.
Do we know how much longer are they in a trading halt for?
