Now it is impossible. They could have been acquired in the past, but now no company will take that risk....saying in other words.
Would you buy any company in which its former CEO had sued it and their BoD members are resigning? For me, the only way to be acquired is if after chapter 11 some competitor buys the brand. But I tend to think that at that time, a Chinese player would have taken the whole market share.
