I find this appointment bizarre from a number of perspectives.
1) He has formally served in the capacity as IR/PR adviser for many years why then add him to the board? 2) What skill set does he bring that Paul Jensz, who was only proposed for election at today's AGM, does not have? If anything, he looks to be significantly less experienced/credentialed than Paul Jensz in these areas. 3) Why appoint him on the day of the AGM, surely, he could have been appointed a month ago and included on today's ballet.
I have moved my sentiment to hold, will not be adding any more shares until we see real progress with Somfit and the second phase of the MEG installation at Barrow Institutes is finalised.
