Binding Contracts with Chinese companies are an interesting subject. Because of the different legal systems it can be one sided. Basically, in the event of a dispute they [Chinese side] can successfully sue you and collect the damages, with adverse consequences, but in most cases an Australian company cannot successfully sue a Chinese party to a Binding Contract.
