Trying to work out the timing of her sells to the quarterly and the following ASX announcement? How can that be ok if you are on the Board and know what is coming?
Has she breached blackout zones?
2.4 million sold 24 - 26 July??
Why didnt the Board stop her trading?
Who was the broker and what did they know?
Can someone help me as this seems to be the same person seeking a substantial number of shares to sell a portion of the company and the sale of the shares would make that look better if it reduced the market price?
Lots of questions and looking for the ex Chairman or Company to answer?
